Great picture, about a month ago I saw an eagle snatch up a little duck from Lake Paradise, just on the other side of the bridge in the historic section. Wish I had a camera and the OP’s photography skills.

Day light at 5:30?? Sun gets to your house about an hour before it gets to mine in Charlotte...
