39?!? Wow, that's a lot of models!

Cottage? Designer? If there will be 39, I'm wondering if they will be both cottage and designer.

I am not a photographer, just a guy out for a ride in the golf cart on a lovely evening that has a camera. Here are some shots from Sanibel which I had posted on another thread.

The houses are definitely going up and quickly. Took a quick trip through the area last night and took a few pictures.

Has anybody ever stopped you going into a restricted area? I thought about it myself but after reading all the warning signs I figured I better not.

Hi Spk,
Thanks for the sneak peaks. Wow, I didn't realize they were already building houses. I hope we get to find out who is the first "trailblazer" to buy a home in Brownwood.

The fences that were across the golf cart paths have been removed.

I just noticed they are back up. I saw they were removed the other day when I went as far as the tunnel on my way to Publix, but for some reason we're blocked out again.

Seems to me they did the same thing along Morse Blvd. For a while you could drive down there, then the fence was not only put back but reinforced. Maybe a curious villager took them down?

Default Ventured down to look at progress

It was a beautiful Sunday evening, the lovely wife at home with visiting sisters and my job to take Caly for a ride. Once again Caly ran away into the area south of 466A on MorseThe Villages Florida . I had to go in and get her. I am glad she does that on Sunday evenings when no workers around we would bother. While I was there I grabbed some pictures, nothing great, but shows some progress. Even my cart is different! NEW pictures start after the picture of the bull dozer....

PS. Caly and I DID NOT do this, it was like that when we got there.

So now you and Caly are "escaped felons", eh?

Thanks for posting your photos, as always aj. Nice for us to be able to keep up with the goings-on from up north!

Default question on area south of 466a

I have a question. When I look at the map, there is a structure accross the street from the Bonify Country Club, not sure what this structure is. Can somebody answer this
