Yup, for sure. Though more a Senior Stepford than a Peyton Place. LOL
Cool photo!

That would be SO awesome. I might just do something like that to the wall of the house where the carport extends from it. Or some kind of Peter Max design.

Default Bubble?

Since were are pretty self contained in TV, except for Airports, we are definitely in a bubble. For many, there is no reason to leave TV as everything can be obtained or experienced here in TV.....and in many cases, via a golf cart so a car is not necessary. That certainly does not exclude our thoughts and knowledge of the rest of the country and world, only experiencing the rest of the outslide country or world.

Excellent post echoing my feelings! We love it here and feel thankful to be here!

It may not be a bubble but as you drive away from The Villages it looks as if there is some kind of contest going on to see how trashy the homes and yards can get! I think they're all trying to become the winner of some "most trash" contest!

We call it the bubble and we try to get out of it every so often to remind ourselves what it’s like out side.

There aren’t many things we go for outside the so called bubble. Medical, beach and visits to see the kids and long time friends are in that number. We don’t feel entitled but rather feel fortunate and blessed.

Drank the kool aid, for a non-dystopian utopia for seniors, so far so good...We shall see, if we wind up as a food source in the N.W.O....
