Default Screened Front Porch

Building home in St Catherine’s Village. We are thinking we’d like to screen in our front porch alcove. Any recommendations on contractors to use or avoid?

If you are doing this after the home is built you will need ARC approval, aside from that, neighbors used White Aluminum (441 Leesburg), I did our own, so no personal info.
