I almost ran into one on Hawkins Drive when I was coming back from Brownwood a few nights ago. It was a little after 9pm so it was dark and on a turn so my headlights didn't hit it until I was almost on top of it. Luckily it was more to the side of the road so I was able to avoid it but it did scare the _ out of me. It was a big one too.
