Two bedroom, two bath courtyard villa located in Melbourne Villas, in the Village of Collier. The villa is 5 minutes from the Brownwood Paddock Square, Eisenhower Rec Center, and the Big Cypress Rec Center.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped for all of your cooking and dining needs
• Living Room: Navy leather sofa and love seat, 45-inch HDTV
• Master Bedroom: King bed, chest of drawers, 2 night stands with lamps, walk-in closet, private bath
• Guest Suite: Can be closed off for privacy. Queen bed, chest of drawers, 2 night stands with lamps, 32-inch HDTV, private bath with tub/shower combination

The rental covers all taxes, utilities, trash, water, sewer, Wi-Fi Internet, cable television, daily newspaper, and lawn service.
A supply of cleaning and household products are provided, as well as all linens, towels, and beach towels. Rental does not include a golf cart or telephone land line.

Rental fees are based on a two person occupancy.

• December 2016: $2,500
• January 2017: $3,200
• February 2017: $3,200
• March 2017: $3,200
• April 2017: $2,500

Reservation Deposits: 50% of full rental amount is due within 7 days of booking along with signed rental agreement. A security deposit of $500 and the remaining 50% rental amount is due 60 days prior to stay. Security deposit less a $100 cleaning fee, will be returned within 15 days after departure, providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear. For cancellations, booking deposits are only refundable if the villa is re-rented for a comparable time and amount. Temporary IDs (optional) are $50, paid by the tenant.

Arrival time is 3:00pm. Departure time is 11:00am.

No pets. No smoking in or near the premises.
