i..we are a retired Canadian couple, very neat and clean. We are looking for a rental from Dec. 1, 2017 thru to Mar. 31, 2018 in the $8,000 to $9,000 price range that we could return to for the same time period for the next 4 or 5 years. Just wondering if you would be interest and what the rent would be. Thanks so much.

You do realize the typical rent is around $3,000-$3200 for Jan and Feb and March? Add in December for at least $1500-$1900 and a price range of $10,500-$11,500 may be a better starting point to help you find a place in The Villages during high season. Best of luck finding a place for 8k-9k...
