Due to an illness I have Jan and February available. At this time I prefer a January only rental or Jan and February combined. No pets, No smoking. Nice house with golf cart and enclosed front patio and enclosed back lanai. Two queen beds and a den with recliner and love seat ,a 27 inch TV and computer desk. Free wi fi. The living room has a 50 inch flat screen TV. Total privacy within the two rooms. Minutes from pools, rec centers, shopping and restaurants. Centrally located to all squares.
