The kitchen has a 22” LED TV, coffee maker and Keurig and has all the conveniences of home. The bar has 4 stools looking into the kitchen.

The nook has a bistro table with four swivel stools at the rear of the home overlooking the lake.

The dining room has a rectangular table and six chairs with a buffet for serving.

The living room has a 52” flat screen LED Smart TV, a blue ray player, a stress free chair and ottoman, queen sleeper sofa with two glider swivel chairs so you can relax after a long day of golf or dancing at the town square.

The master suite is an oasis after a long day of fun, hosting a king size bed with Sealy Posturepedic mattress, 55” LED TV, DVD player, walk-in closet, a bath with double vanity sinks and a "Roman" walk-in shower.

The guest suite has 2 bedrooms: one with a queen size bed with Sealy Posturepedic mattress and the other office has a full sleeper sofa and desk. The guest bath has a tub and shower. All linens and towels are provided.

There is spacious laundry room with a new Kenmore steam washer and dryer and deep sink, with a desk area and plenty of storage cabinets.

The lanai faces the North and there is a pad outside the lanai for cooking on the gas grill while you relax at a bistro table with two chairs. Dine on the new wicker dining set and relax in the oversized wicker chairs in the spacious lanai overlooking the lake and golf course.

The house has vaulted ceilings and crown molding throughout. Wifi internet is available throughout the house so you can be on the lanai or in the bedroom while using your laptop or tablet. All taxes, utilities, cable TV, wifi internet, trash, lawn service, newspaper, local and long distance (US and Canada) phone service are included. The Daily Sun paper will be delivered each day.

You’ll be 10 minutes from Paddock Square in Brownwood center by golf cart, 6 blocks from Labelle Pool (adult) and about 8 blocks from the newest Belle Glade Country Club. Bonifay and Evans Prairie are only minutes away. The convenience of Sarasota Golf Practice Center and Colony Plaza are just 5 minutes away for shopping and restaurants. Sumter Landing and shopping in Lady Lake are both just 15 minutes away by car. When you want to play golf, there are over 30 Executive courses within minutes from our home. The newest Executive course, Volusia is just around the corner and in the Evans Prairie area, you have Mangrove, Palmetto and Sweetgum.

There is a $1,000 non-refundable reservation fee from total amount due within 7 days after booking. Full payment is due 60 days before assuming occupancy. Optional payment structure can be arranged on multiple month rentals. Cleaning cost is $100 or more depending on condition of property upon departure.

For $50 you can get temporary resident ID's for one couple. All homeowner amenities will be transferred to the renter, which includes NO green fees on any of The Villages Executive courses. For a modest fee, you are able to enjoy any of the Championship golf courses as well. There are so many activities, restaurants, shopping and night life available, you'll soon be "living the dream".
