January availble 3/2 near Spanish Springs

Our home is available to rent January 2017. $2900 including amenities fees, utilities, lawn, cable, internet, phone, newspaper.

We have a lovely, comfortable, nicely furnished home with a lot of living space both indoors and out. We have a nice private backyard with lanai and birdcage.

I have the house listed on craigslist with details and lots of photos.
