We just purchased a wonderful 3/2 ranch with a fabulous outdoor living area and will be renting it out until we move here in May, 2016. The house has 1600 square foot of air conditioned space.

The inside is getting a fresh coat of paint and I'll be able to post inside pictures some time next week.

We have grapefruit, orange and lemon trees in the backyard for your enjoyment. Our backyard is peaceful and quiet--you will wake up to birdsong, not traffic! You will see trees; not cars, carts or your neighbor's house when you are outside enjoying your day.

We are in the Village of Alhambra with great access to Spanish Springs. We are off of El Camino near Buena Vista and have easy access to get not only to The Villages amenities, but nearby shopping and restaurants.

House available April for short or long term rental. No smoking. Prefer no pets, but will consider on case by case basis.
