We have a Begonia with pool for rent for three or four months starting December 13, 2014.* The house is less then a year old and tastefully and completely furnished.. (photo's upon request) Private corner lot..

We want to rent the home for at least three consecutive months. (Jan - March).

Our home has three bedrooms with a split floor plan. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and in the bedroom/den there is a sleeper sofa with flat screen TV and a large closet. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom/den can be closed off from the rest of the house for privacy in the event you have company. The master bath has a walk in Roman shower, 2 sinks and a separate area for the toilet. Guest bath has tub/shower combination.

*All wet areas have ceramic tile and all of the bedrooms are carpeted. There is a two car garage and golf cart garage. * we will be leaving a car in one spot but you will have a full parking spot and golf cart area also.** Appliances in the kitchen are stainless steel with granite counter-tops. We have a pool* and a large covered lanai.* The laundry room is indoors and has new washer and dryer. Pool service, internet, electricity, TV are included as well as lawn maintenance

All linens, dishes, cookware, utensils and small appliances are provided.

Resident ID cards are included with a three month rental which gives you all the privileges as if you where a resident. Includes golf, recreations centers, country clubs and all other recreational activities.

Signed lease prior to occupancy
No smoking, No pets and occupancy for two adults.

2015 Rates: * Three months minimum
Security Deposit: $1500 to be returned after inspection.
