Rob Goldberger is an agent with TV. He is not only a dear friend, but comes with many years experience in South Florida before living and working here in TV. He patiently took us to every house that we were curious about on & off for over a year. Each time we looked we decided we like our house more. Again we ‘spotted’ a house online Christmas day. Texted Rob apologizing for the ‘fire drill’ saying we wanted to see it the next day. He had us in at 8am the day after Christmas. Long story short, we closed January 10, thanks to Rob expediting our closing. The icing on the cake is that he sold our home within 24 hours of listing this week. Agree that Lynn Bartlett and son Chris worked a great deal for us. Also, you can count on them to send you regular updates on places for sale that meet your needs. Let them know what you'd like in your home and they will do the research and then send you all the places available on a regular basis until you find the one that's perfect for you.
