Where do you get your country ham? I've tried everywhere I can think of, but to no avail.

I have a friend in GA who cures his own hams.

There's a place in the Adirondacks in upstate NY called Oscar's Smokehouse. They cure all of their own hams and meats. Rachael Ray and Oprah buy stuff there too. If you buy the petite boneless ham, I believe it is 15.99 for a 3 pound or so ham, it is the best ham you will taste. They ship to Florida. And while you are at it, they also sell a home made mustard that is delish. It's called More Than Mustard and it sells for 13.00 or so for two jars. I know it sounds like a lot but it's totally worth it!!! I have no dog in this fight, I'm just a happy customer. I've been buying their products for years. They sell a heck of a beef jerky and cheese products too!!

Down in Leesburg just past the airport on the right side of the highway is a fast food location called Bojangles. They have wonderful country ham biscuits. Country ham can be purchased in small prepackaged center slices at Fresh Market and slices, half ham or whole ham at Cracker Barrell . Being from NC, I love country ham.

Bojangles has a great country ham biscuit. We could use one close by. I guess I will have to make my own for now.
