If you want that, go to Rae Rae's!

Is something wrong with Darrells? They allow pups it says.

No, it's just... Nobody's bacon is crispier than Rae Rae's. And they definitely have eggs benedict. And their food is homemade, of quality ingredients. They are not a chain. I hope they never close.

Been there. I like it. I also like Bob Evans. I really like most chains. They have their collective act together, most times. Carrabbas is my birthday choice.

Darrell's food is OK but not great, but golf cart accessible and dog friendly is the best. I personally would rather drive our golf cart to breakfast with Our Sallie Dog and eat OK food, then get in a car and punch a hole in the bubble for a gourmet breakfast. Just personal preference I guess?

80-lb dogs don't fit under the table very well.

Ours would circle the table as we ate.

I like TooJays and Bob Evans. Bob Evans has a wonderful big breakfast with two eggs, their great sausage, choice of things like hashbrowns or grits, buttermilk pancakes and my favorite, blueberry crepe.

The servers are so delightful. We go to the one on 466.

Bob Evans at Colony gets my vote. Of course, it is golf cart accessible and they have an outside patio.

Ours sits right where you want to put your feet.

But back on topic, we've had breakfast at Cane Garden and Toojays. Once you've eaten at Rae Rae's, everything else pales.

We like Johnny Rockets because my husband is celiac and he can get gluten free pancakes there. As for portion control I wish all of the restaurants gave the option of less food as I think the portions are unhealthy.

Nothing wrong with Darrell's. Don't let the food snobs convince you otherwise. Give it a try sometimes. There are three of them fairly close.

I love taking leftovers home. Gives me something to eat the next day!

No, there's nothing wrong with Darrell's, but then again, there aren't many positive things you can say about them.
At best, their food is fair to okay and it's convenient.

Even within TV, there are a number of better choices -- much better choices.
Actually, it has nothing to do with being a food snob; it has to do with enjoying the quality and taste of food.

Trying to maintain a healthy weight as you age is very difficult. I cannot imagine how I could do it if I ate breakfast in restaurants.
