I have often thought that a happy hour from three to six accounts for most of the gate poles being broken.

To say nothing of the 7-to-9 Happy Hours at the squares! There's GOTTA be a reason why all the 4x4 plastic posts at many of the golf cart stop signs are mangled!!

Since Cane is a village owned CC I believe they try to not compete with the Private business's . They want them to succeed so as not having to take them back.

I always figured it was lack of attention and poor driving. To many people golf carts are toys like the dogem cars.
