Smile Arnold Palmer CC restaurant

Tried it for the first time. Hubby had Cheeseburger which he absolutely loved, called it a steak burger. Very good portions. I had the chicken breast sandwich which was huge also. Good atmosphere, and good service, very attentive. The sides of potato salad and coleslaw were just ok, nothing notable. would like to try again.

I love Arnie's, try their lobster bisque, it is to die for. Also their warm scallop salad and the best black and blue salad around. they have a wonderful 2/$50 fixed price menu. I think it may only be on Sunday night now, but they run it all summer. Appetizer to share, two soups or salads, two entrees, dessert to share AND a bottle of wine. Excellent food, and I recommend it highly. Only thing I did not like was their lobster...

I'm down here for a short visit prior to moving-in in May. We took our future daughter-in-law to Arnold Palmer' s last night, a great choice! We each had fillet mignon, mine was topped with fresh crab, and some of the best asparagus I ever tasted! I eat out in NYC all the time, I would rank this restaurant among some of the best! The chef heard how much we enjoyed our meal and he came out of the kitchen to introduce himself. Mom wants me to go again on Tuesday night to meet some of her friends there, no argument here!

Have always enjoyed Palmer. My favorite lunch is their house special salad; it is exactly the right size, and with a glass of beer the bill is just right at $10!

And, they accommodate groups, at least to some extent. A couple of weeks ago, 13 of us had a private table with no fuss! Reserved well ahead of time for a party of 18 at 1:15 pm. Two days before the date, the party was only 11; but, by The Day, it was back up to 13. No questions or frustrations!

Friendly, accommodating service, even considering the inevitable multi-checks! Groups must be sure to note whether or not a gratuity has been automatically added to the check.

I put together an annual group pre-cruise meeting ending with a Dutch Treat Lunch. Palmer has become the best place to hold this affair!

It's one of the better places in TV. Never had a bad meal there in a dozen or so visits.
