Yes, would love German or Polish. Would really love Pho and a really good seafood market/restaurant-but please not another chain.

Almost all of the restaurant suggestions are within driving distance. Why does everything have to be golf cart accessible?

Will you please define "driving distance", GA is within driving distance-don't think I'd go there for soup.

I know this isn't what you wanted to hear, but the answer to your question is ARIZONA... or Texas, or New Mexico or California.

Well, we often drive to Orlando and Tampa for dinner, but to be reasonable 45 minutes to an hour.

A quick Google search will show that all the steaks at Texas Roadhouse are Choice grade. Texas Roadhouse is consistently good wherever we've found them. The steaks are always tender, juicy and perfectly cooked. Sides are great, beer is ice cold and prices are very good. It isn't Ruth's Chris but an excellent N.Y. Strip isn't going to set you back 30 bucks either. It's just a good, fun, reasonably priced place to eat.

We would love a Chipolte in Brownwood. Also a vote for Texas Roadhouse & Frisch's Big Boy.

I completed an online form addressed to the Real Estate Development department of Chipoltes.

Other bloggers made great suggestions for other restaurants.

They say variety is the spice of life. Why not contact the other restaurant companies and see if we might get them down here too?

Why reinvent the wheel? You can be sure that every commercial real estate broker in the area has contacted all of the above and many more.
