We are building in Pinellas Place and are glad to have a place close to our new home that has good food, friendly staff, and reasonable prices..Have eaten there 4 times and haven't been disappointed..

Just a quick note....Evan's Prarie has the best home made potato chips I've ever had. Hubby and I enjoyed them so much, we ordered a side order and dipped the chips in Ranch dressing. OMG....so good.

We had dinner there last week and it was very good.

We had lunch there today and everyone at our table was very, very satisfied with what they'd ordered. Also, the waiter was right there with service and did a great job!

Not only will you enjoy the food the ambiance is spectacular. When I was there we watched the abundant bird life in the wetlands. Very pleasant.

We went to Evans Prarie on Saturday night and though it was not mobbed, the service was rather slow and the food only so so. Not awful enough to complain, but very ordinary. My previous dining experiences there were good. I just will not order the orange glazed pork tenderloin again. Instead of tenderloin it was a thick and rather dry piece of pork loin. The orange glaze was delicious. I brought most of it home and I made a great stir fry last night out of the leftover meat. Like I said, every other time it was excellent. A place can always have an off night, or a goof in the kitchen. I love the view from the patio, and I love that it is non-smoking. I sure wish more outdoor venues were too. It is nice to sit out in the fresh air and not have smoke drift into your area.

Had the same experience the Saturday before only mine was a dried up piece of chicken breast and they were mobbed. I also love the ambiance, but probably won't go back because that is 2nd bad meal there and it is just to hard to hear anyone with their acoustics unless you're in a booth.

I did not like the burger at Evans Prairie but then I didn't like the burger at 5 Guys. I guess I am a burger snob and didn't even know it

Been there 6 times, including tonight. Each time it was very good. All the members of our party were pleased, as well.
