Default Fenney Grill

There is a “strong rumor” that Harry and The Natives are taking over Fenney Grill sometime late summer or early fall .

A search did not find anything.

And I know that someone will as, “who” I heard it from so l answer now.

No, it wasn’t my barber’s cousin’s neighbor who heard it from their lawn guy’s brother in law…..

Just two different Harry’s employees who seemed excited and optimistic that it may/will happen…

Keeping my fingers crossed 🤞 that someone will be taking over Fenney as well as Tierra.

But that’s a subject for another rumor ! 🤣🤣🤣

Harry retired from Harry and the Natives some time ago. Keep hearing either the Suilemanns or FMK taking it over

Is it Harry and the Natuves, which is not in The Villagrs OR The Natives, which is in The Villagrs and used to Harry and the Natives. Two different restaurants.

Well sure they are different, one is in Hobe Sound and the other is in the Villages.

I would be very surprised if the Hobe Sound owner, after opening the Okahumpka location, would come back and lease the Fenney location independently.

I would be equally surprised to learn that the OP heard employees in the Hobe Sound location talking about being excited and optimistic (or even interested at all) about opening yet another location in the Villages.

I concur on the surprise.

Since the OP specifically said “Harry and the Natives” it’s worth clarifying.

Just like " TOOJAYS " In name only. Their food is basically the same.

Most is cooked at a central location nr Fort Lauderdale, frozen & distributed.

As someone apparently has pointed out, it’s now called The Natives and not “Harry and The Natives” . If you google it, here is the result: The Natives at Lake Okahumpka.

The owners of Ednas and Middleton 24 could be an interesting choice for the Fenny restaurant.

Either way? going to have find employees that keep restaurant clean and manager that will do their job? Which IMO why most fail once stink gets out and customers abandon….
