I see that Fratelli Pizzuti Pizza is gone. What happened?

Unhappy

In Spanish Plaines shopping center, behind the new Seafood Galley. It's really a shame that it closed. Made the best Neopolitan pizza outside of Naples.

Their website says a franchise is opening in Miami in August 2010?

Now that I know where it is, we did the same. Once was once too many for us.

We never went there. Too far to go for pizza from Lynnhaven. Plus Giovanni's has good pizza and it is just at Southern Trace Shopping Center.

The pizza was good, but we couldn't stand the fact that the two people who worked there were always on their laptops. The woman was always skyping and the guy would get up, do the pizza and rush back to computer. Not good at all, was not surprised to see them gone.

Dam...It took us a while to find a good pizza and now it's gone? Guess the search resumes.Hard to find good pizza in Florida.I wonder why.I'm guessing it's not rocket science.

I know they're both more than 10 minutes away, but, Belleview Pizza & Naples Restaurant both have pretty decent pies.
Nothing like up north but a little better than most around here.

the reason for the difference in fl pizza and what you are used to is the water...the dough just NEVER comes close! now, next to my NJ italian pizza and bread makers, MA is my next favorite. nothing has ever topped the crustiness! i have often thought that if i ever needed another career it would be selling "Old Fashioned N.J. Cooking Water" - former residents all over the country have the same problems with pizza crust and italian bread that this product would resolve!
