I don't get it. Although never as busy as the one at Lake Sumter Landing I always thought it did a great business. I am surprised this one is closing and not the one at the corner of Rolling Acres. I sure hope another coffee shop moves in when Starbucks vacates.

In another post a couple days ago, the poster said there was a sign in the door about the closing!

Default Where's the bakery?

To be honest, when we were there in Feb & Mar, we were extremely disappointed to find out a StarBucks had replaced that great little bakery that used to be there. Taste buds were all set for some totally unnecessary calories and , no bakery! Personally, I would rather have an excellent bakery with a good coffee than an over-priced coffee shop with some baked goods. Obviously not a fan of Starbucks.

I agree, and in general would love to see charming, quality local businesses on the square.

I don't actually dislike Starbucks, but you can go to a Starbucks anywhere.
