I used to enjoy it back home but don't know where to find it here. The nice thick slice of ham. Goes great with some fried eggs and grits.

Does anyone know if there is anyplace around here for a good high protein low carb treat like that?

Toojays has great ham IMHO. Another high protein treat on their menu is Nova Eggs - scrambled eggs mixed with smoked salmon and onion. The secret is to request caramelized onion.

I think that the grits negates the "low carb" designation.
