we went to Havana as visitors ( our house is closing early Sept) i am Cuban and my husband is American and we love Cuban fare so we gave Havana a try It was all right, better than no Cuban food at TV

The chicken and rice was fine THEY could expand their Cuban menu to justify the name
Service was fine for us

I strongly agree! They do need good Cuban food on the menu!

From reading the posts it sounds like the service depends on the Server and the food depends on what you order. We ate at Havana three times last winter and decided to move on. OP gave a nice review but it appears Havana is still inconsistent. Our pick of the Clubs still is Nancy Lopez's for good service and good food. Bonifay is second.

My husband and I stopped by for dinner Sunday night, had a nice dinner and the waitress was very friendly and outgoing, the service was very good. We will be back.

Took our Saturday golf group back for the first time in about a year for breakfast. It was fabulous food and service. The prices are very reasonable and the wait staff was humping to get everything to us. There were 16 of us with no problems.

No one wants any restaurants in TV to fail. Seems like the food and service are still inconsistent. Wonder if the management is reading these postings. If I were management, I would certainly be reading these posts carefully and doing the best to improve. Also, I would be visiting other club restaurants in TV and judging why TOTV gives those other restaurants high marks. Perhaps the way to go is to have niche Cuban dishes, given the name of the club. A suckling pig sandwiches? A Hemingway drinks and specials? More rum based cocktails? We'll give the place a try again when we return in the fall and will certainly give my honest opinion as I have been doing on Tripadvisors. Decent food with reasonable price and goof service will makes us happy.

I love Havanna's location and ambience, but wish it could get its act together. I've only had one bad meal there, but the service leaves much to be desired. Don't think they are staffed up propertly. I wish them best of luck 'cause I think it is one of the nicest dining rooms around.
