The restaurant, located at 1045 Old Camp Road, will hold open interviews form 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 to 8 p.m. July 30-31. Open positions include line and prep cooks, sous chefs, hosts, bartenders, servers and bussers.

They better. I don't think a bacon cheeseburger for $22 will sell in TV. Nor will $20 sandwiches, $15 fries, and $33 ribs.

No loss - I've been to his place johnny garlic in Santa Clara area and honestly about 30% of the meal was decent while the other 770% was absolutely horrible. service was poor as well and I left totally disappointed...he's a character and personality but as far as running a good restaurant with good fun....I'd say his empire is falling flat....
