Here is a link to the American Kitchen & Bar in Vegas.
This will be some of what the menu will be.

Thanks. I have a number of relatives who live in Las Vegas now. I will ask them about what they have heard about that place and if they went there what it was like.

Some tasty stuff there. Thanks for the menu, Bonny. I sure hope the prices will be TV, not Vegas, LOL.

Let's kill this rumor once and for all.

From today's Daily Sun:
Guy Fieri Restaurant to Host Job Fair
Guy Fieri's Kitchen & Bar, which is slated to open soon at Lake Sumter Landing, is looking for people to join its opening team. The restaurant, located at 1045 Old Camp Road, will hold open interviews form 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 to 8 p.m. July 30-31. Open positions include line and prep cooks, sous chefs, hosts, bartenders, servers and bussers.

They better. I don't think a bacon cheeseburger for $22 will sell in TV. Nor will $20 sandwiches, $15 fries, and $33 ribs.

I hope this $22 hamburger is better than my last $42 hamburger in NYC.

Nope, just a standard 2AM room service burger when I arrived 4 hours late. Bad airplane karma.

No loss - I've been to his place johnny garlic in Santa Clara area and honestly about 30% of the meal was decent while the other 770% was absolutely horrible. service was poor as well and I left totally disappointed...he's a character and personality but as far as running a good restaurant with good fun....I'd say his empire is falling flat....
