We had dinner there tonight and could not be happier. Spicy Penne Ariabiata for me and Chicken Parmesan for BF. Someone overheard us talking about his birthday and brought us a Tiramisu to die for. With a couple of $2 Martinis and 2 for one happy hour drinks, what's not to love? Garlic bread and salad is also great. Not a fan of their soup, always get the salad, but that's just me. Ooh, had a 15% off coupon too!

We enjoy eating there. Have only been a 1/2 dozen times, but never a problem.

As long as you were notified that there would be a sharing charge, this is a perfectly acceptable thing to do.

Oh, what did the manager say when you spoke with him regarding your overpriced food and terrible service as well as the sharing charge?
