The K-Mart by us in California has Nathans Hot Dogs - don't know about the K-Mart near TV in Belleview.

The local K-Mart Nathans Hot Dogs are just about as bad as the Tony Packo's Hot Dogs at the bowling alley in TV.

What it isn't a health food? Nothing beats a good Nathan's dog and a beer and I always thought that ale is good for what ails ya!

Skip 2. After my disappointing trip to Ollie's yesterday, my wife asked me if I could now take Ollie's off my bucket list? If I was a quick thinker, I would have used the excuse that I was on a mission for TOTV. Amazing what we'll do in retirement to satisfy a craving for a good hot dog.

Default hot dogs

We are driving 1,100 to Erie, Pa to have their famous Smith's hot dogs. Even in blizzard conditions. Yummy, bringing as many as we can back with us so no need for us to search TV for awhile anyways. The closest hot dog to it is Boar's Head natural casings hot dogs. It has been awhile since I have had a Nathan's...probably should give it another try.

Damn!! I am getting hungry for a good all-beef hot dog!!! Mustard, ketchup, onions and relish and maybe a scoop of baked beans and cole slaw on top!!!

Make it two of them. Chips on the side.

Hell with the cholesterol and other bad things they have.

I don't eat them every day!!

Absolutely!!! A hot pastrami sandwich at Katz's (after tipping the guy cutting it so he slips you a piece of pastrami to chew on while he is making your sandwich) and down the block for Schimmel's!! The first time I ordered a corn beef sandwich in Toledo, OH the waitress asked if I wanted mayo on it! Toto, I have a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore!!

I forgot all about him. My wife and I split one from him and it was delicious!

Default Good Dog at 5 Guys

Following logdog's suggestion, I tried one of 5 Guys hot dogs today with grilled onions and jalapenos. It was a good dog. They split the dogs in half which is probably expedient for cooking, and you can add any number of toppings.

That's the way I like them too - but with a bit of chopped onion.

Skip 2, We've got to try Gandolfo's. There should be more options for the great hot dog. I was really disappointed when Dee Dee's Dog House folded two years ago. I hear it was not because the dogs were bad, the prices killed them.

Two different stories from employees at Walmart:
Number 1. They just didn't have enough business to make it.
Number 2. They had lease problems with Walmart.

Who knows? It's just amazing that Walmart hasn't filled that space with somebody else after all of this time.
