I don't mean to be skeptical but that doesn't make any sense. How could you not even have a name at this point but you're somehow going to be open in February

I am among the many who is not an aficionado of Brazilian steak houses. I have eaten at a number of them and I find the beef highly seasoned and very salty. I've never been to Brazil to sample what a real steak house is like, but in this country I find them overrated and expensive, probably because they have a gimmick and are a little different.

Ok it's February. Has anyone been by recently. It has to be taking shape. I've got to believe they will do what ever they can to get opened ASAP so as to catch as much of "the season" as possible.
