You can type in Luigino's in the search field at the top of TOTV and you will see LOTS of threads.

That being said, I do not recall seeing many positive things about this place.

Best place to take a special person for a really good dinner is Nancy Lopez Legacy Club. Great service and top quality food. Happy Hour is from 4-6 and is half price drinks. Grey Goose Cosmopolitans for $4.65!! Can't do that in New York City or Washington, DC.

Luigino's is just a mediocre Italian restaurant. I have been disappointed in the quality of the service and the food more than a few times.

If you like good Italian food then try Luigino's. The best around by far.

We took my sister there for her birthday in Early August and the service was terribly slow and the food was not good at all. There were four of us and no one was happy with their food. We won't be going back.

Had dinner there last evening. We had seafood risotto and a sauteed shrimp dish, both of which were very good. Not many people there - very surprised. Service was very good and the decor is nice. They have a seafood festa special for two going on that looks good, but I wanted risotto as it's something I can't get at home. I would recommend it, but I wholly agree with another poster - Lopez Legacy is also a very good choice for a special dinner.

Unhappy

Good food, bad customer service. I know someone who complained to management and was told not to come back.
Food is very good though, especially their lasagna. I just stopped going because of poor service, last time forgot my salad and bread, did discount because of error, not what I went there for.

We ate in Luigino's once. The service was terrible and the food was mediocre at best. Not terrible, but not very good.

Ate there once. If I want to repeat the experience, I will get a TV dinner and ask Don Rickles to serve it to me.

I ate there once. We had 12 girls for our girl's night out. Out of 12 of us only 3 said theirs was good. 3 said theirs was okay. 6 of us thought it was pretty bad. I had the lasagna. The bottom layer of pasta was so burnt, I couldn't even cut through it. I won't go back.
I'm sure some people like it and that's good. I never want to see anyone go under. I want all businesses to do well even if I don't like them.

If you are set on Italian I would recommend Ricchiardi's in Brownwood.

Ate at Luginos with group. Food was good. Prices are on the higher side for Italian. Service was ok. Server shorted my change. This was corrected. We like Giovanni's on Wedgewood Lane.
