That brings up a good point. For those that want to continue to be obnoxious to wait staff, go rent the movie "Waiting". It's pretty raw but I heard pretty true too. There are scenes in the movie that remind of of the rude people here. After you see it I doubt if you will be rude to them again. What goes on behind closed doors.

Lori, thank you so much for a wonderful post. Having been a server many moons ago and watching my daughter suffer through it today, it is nice to see someone appreciate how difficult the job is. I have never seen so many rude, abusive people as I have in TV when it comes to servers. Honestly, I would have dumped more than one plate of food on some of those folks. My daughter is much kinder and much more patient than I.
