I agree...NOT a fad "diet"!!! Many folks are finding they're "gluten sensitive" while not having celiac disease. It's not something to fool about as gluten is in EVERYTHING that's processed! Sometimes even hidden. Folks with celiac disease need to be particularily careful when eating out!!

There is an excellent book available titled "Grain Brain" by Dr. Perlmutter that will open your eyes about gluten and high carb diets. You owe it to yourself to read it and restore or maintain your health.
