went there and had a BURNT pizza.... the bartender needs to shave...a few drinks went back with hair from his LONG mustache in it..had to leave that made me SICK....the owner needs to rid of that guy (outside bartender)or make him shave..disgusting !!! drinks way toooooo much !!!

Ate there last night. Started with bar service, very friendly bartender with not long enough for a pony tail length hair, clean and neat, washed his hands appropriately. Dinner was very good, dinner mate had a perfect pizza that I'll definitely try next time. No issues with altering my pasta as I wanted fettuccine instead of tortellini. A good experience!

Haven't you ever heard the expression "hair of the dog" LOL.
We have eaten there several times and really enjoyed it every time. My wife loves the broccoli rabe and I like the ice cold beer!

Riccardis is part of the Valdianos Pizza in Winter Park, Orlando etc.
They are constantly rated #1 for best pizza.
Try their Lasagna pizza. It's great.

I've been there a number of times and thought it was great. Service, drinks and food were exceptional. Will definitely go back. I personally thought it was significantly better than Chefs of Napoli III

There must have been something wrong that evening. I hope you let the manager know, as they will typically fix these things immediately. All of our meals have been great.

I havent been there since April - I am not a snowbird - I am full time but dont have much reason to go to brownwood... I hope it hasnt changed, it used to be so good.!!
