I know when I have been golfing on Riley Grove once we make the turn to play the holes along the lake we can hear the hourly whistle and the music speakers from LSL. So if we can hear that I wonder what the houses across the lake and the hotel can hear at night. Maybe that has something to do with the indoor requirement.

That's a good point, spk. I know that Patrick walks around the perimeter of the restaurant with a meter to check the sound -- have no clue what its called. He tries to keep the sound below a certain reading.

That must be a sound decibel meter and the readings can be very subjective. Things like distance, surroundings and even atmospheric conditions can give different readings. It is good that Patrick at least trying to keep things in order and taking a pro active stance.
