Default Beer On Tap At Restaurants

We are looking for a Restaurant that has either of the following:

1. Pabst Blue Ribbon ON TAP
or
2. Schlitz Beer in Bottles or ON TAP

Any suggestions as to any restaurants or bars would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

You can buy PBR at Sweetbays. $6.99 a 12 pack. Such a deal!

Why in the world would anyone voluntarily drink Pabst or Schlitz?

Love Schlitz! My husband, who is careful with his beer and wine money, started buying it at Winn-Dixie years ago when we were cruising on the east coast. Apparently, they've gone out of business 'cause I can't find it anymore. Too bad...we traded a $9. case of Schlitz for twenty-five, yes 25 fresh lobster tails in the Dry Tortugas with a boatload of commercial fisherman. They didn't care what brand of beer it was! We cared about the lobster tails: steamed lobster, lobster eggs benedict, and so on.

I know they still serve Schlitz in Tampa at The Hub Bar, so I know it is still available. They also serve PBR on Tap in the Lakeland area. Hopefully, some one here near TV has it available.

Thanks for the information about PBR at Sweetbay.

Default Schlitz

Publix has 6 pack of Schlitz, which has recently been released based on original
brew. Was once the best selling beer in the US. Google it.

Not really Villages' brews, are they? Haven't seen you for a drink lately. Will be at the watering hole tomorrow before I head north for the Christmas Holiday with family. If you get a little parched, you know where to find me.

You're right, not all Publix stores carry the same items. Hope you find it...I can check at Colony Plaza Publix next week.

Stroh's is the beer that always gave me a headache-I'll take a Miller Hi-Life.Not Miller's Genuine Draft or Miller Lite but the original.Truly the "champagne of bottled beers."

We were at a Sports Bar called Champs in south Lakeland last month and they had PBR on Tap there. We all tried a pitcher of it, just for laughs, and were surprised at how much we liked it. It brought back memories of years ago. Then we tried Schlitz at The Hub Bar in Tampa and it also surprised us. As someone mentioned earlier, Schlitz has been introduced again with their original formula again, back when it was the number one seller in the USA.

Schlitz brings back some fond memories! That goes way back when I have a full head of HAIR! (70's) I can't remember if I ever saw Schlitz in a BOTTLE in VA. We always drank them out of a can. Never acquire a taste for PBR's. Back in the (70's) that was my dad's generation choice of beer. Good Luck in your search and be Safe!

Go to Schlitz.com and they provide locations where you can buy their beer.
