I've eaten here 3 times and enjoy the food. The staff is always attentive. However, I think a posting of buffet etiquette is needed. People go to the buffet table and eat with their hands while filling their plates!! (happened all 3 times I was at the restaurant). Also people go back to the buffet table with dirty plates. Management needs to address these issues. Food is good.

I LOVE China Gourmet. They have great food, great service. I've never had a problem with my Visa being compromised there, and I DON'T believe their management has anything to do with fraud. Fear tactics shouldn't win out here.

March 13th we had dinner at Evergreen. We were very pleasantly impressed with the STAFF, food, and SERVICE provided. The buffet is well planned and stocked with a nice variety, including the HABICHI station. We will make it a regular stop. Very nicely done.

I'm not sure how it was decided that the originator of the email was up to no good. Maybe someone can explain it to me.
Suppose someone has a credit card that they seldom use, perhaps once or twice a year. So, if it was misused, that person would know where the problem occured. Then let's say that person sends an email to a couple of friends, let's say 4 friends, with no intention to harm the business. And those 4 in turn send out several of their own. And on and on it goes. It may not be anything illegal at all, in my opinion. It may have been an innocent act that mushroomed. The original emailer might actually have had his or her credit card compromised and perhaps never reported it to anyone except his or her credit card company and a few close friends. Have we therefore started another "rumor"? The rumor that the original emailer was maliciously trying to harm this restaurant? Another question I have is: where would one person get all those email addresses to send out to numerous Villagers? He or she, as I have said, probably only sent them out to a few friends, with no malicious intent. Am I wrong? Please tell me how I'm wrong. |
