If you want to take a little ride south, Bonifay Country Club has a fantastic buffet breakfast. I believe it begins at 7:30, but I've never been there that early. My whole family loves the food!

We've went to Tierra for the breakfast brunch on sundays during the summer months and noticed that after about 11 you have to get your scrambled eggs from the omelet station.

We visited 2 weeks ago about 8am and were surprised to see no one there. The greeter told us to sit anywhere and if we wanted omelets she would get the cook. We said we did and she went to get him while we surfed the buffet. The cook arrived before we got back to our seats and made our omelets. Everything we tried was good and before we left another couple arrived and the routine was repeated. We didn't realize that 8am was so early for a weekday, but we would definitely return.
