Consider yourself extremely lucky to have ever found a place to offer all you can eat King crab legs but you’ll find plenty of all you can eat snow crab options. King crab legs are extremely expensive.

The Crazy Crab Jarvis Creek - Food Menu
The Alaskan A full size Alaskan king crab, body and legs attached, I have a picture somewhere, though as much as that is my favorite crustacean above all else, the price was in the hundreds. . |

I think it’s a given that the price will be in the hundreds. The legs alone bought online are $75/lb or more. And 1lb isn’t much given the weight of the shell. Figure at least double that in a restaurant.

Much cheaper at Sam's Club, about $18 to $30 per pound. BJ's has them for $35 per pound. I think that no matter what seafood you buy from Alaska, it will be frozen, not fresh. I have had them. I used to heat them up, but I found that they taste better to just thaw them and eat them cold.

Stone crab claws as a sweet alternative are fantastic when in season we go often, several great places on the Gulf without driving south, so close ! |
