I've eaten at both. You never missed anything. I generally found everything they made was overly spiced.

bankruptcy:

chapter 11 - restructuring - especially debt. Get rid of ill-performing assets to help with those 'in the black.'

chapter 7 - dissolve - use assets to pay off as much debt as possible - equitably

It was click bait.

Pretty different from what we Americans think of as beer; not something I'd order if there were other choices out there. But then again, there are probably some Brits who view American beer the same way I do Tetley's.
IMO Any beer with more alcohol content will be better to drunk. After all what’s it all about, getting drunk, taste has nothing to do with it. Why they call American beer p water.

Tetley's is one of my favorites though it's hard to find around here. Old Speckled Hen is also very good but it too has a fairly unique flavor.

We have had a home relatively close to SS for 9 years and only ate there once, which was one time too many. I’m surprised they stayed open as long as they did.

Default More than done!

The one in the Galleria mall in NV closed some time ago. The place was an armpit. Third rate at best.

Restaurant business is brutal, consumer faddish, with razor thin profit margins.

Very difficult for regional chains or even national chains as its managing the employees like herding cats

Bass Ale has been around since 1777 and is my all time favorite. It’s still brewed in the UK, but isn’t widely distributed in the USA anymore and is almost impossible to find. I used to love ordering a big ass glass of bass. All of those dam supper hoppy local craft brews have squeezed out the availability of good old English, Scottish, and German beers : (

Only went there once to see what was available. Didn't have any of the brands I had hoped to find. I settled for a Bud then went home and never went back.

Default Brownwood

The one in Brownwood kind of reminded me of one of those places Tapper would have closed down on Bar Rescue.

Sometimes it is fun to discover "a blast from the past " in the form of a food or drink that was part of your past life. For example, when I was in the Navy, I found myself in many far away places. Beer and the unique flavors and labels can evoke memories of old times and friends that shared your life, for better or worse, for a time. Old joys and old sorrows come back, floating up from the bottom of a bottle or a glass. Memories! 🫠🫠🫠
