Join the crew at the villages. We turned our up to 135 degrees and still do not have hot water quickly. I will have to time it. I turn the shower on...get undressed and the water is still not hot....

I agree with the windows. I have an iris and it is on the large window off the nook that gives me trouble. Yes, a lip would have been a great help. It is a large window and heavy.

You are right about Pennecamp and All American Brick Pavers. The green gunk driveway which was that way for 3 months is finally gone. The pavers are down now and it looks beautiful, but the are not...

If you are going to have anything done....call Seniors vs Crime or BBB and find out guidelines for down payments...most say don't put anything down...look on these sites for guidelines.
