It’s been a couple of weeks since receiving the daily email from TOV.
I have asked for help by contacting “support” and by sending a private message to a TOV Specialist. I have not heard back on each of those attempts. I have also “re-subscribed” using the forum’s online form even though I had not changed any of my previous settings. So what’s next ? How do I correct this issue ? If any moderators are monitoring, I would welcome to receive your assistance. |
