Frank did ours last week. He is very knowledgeable, complete, and I'd call him again in a heart beat. He is very busy and you may want to contact him to make sure he has the time. He limits how many houses he does in a week.

Frank D'Angelo is the best. He is originally from the Rochester area like us and he was very patient in explaining what it is like to have a home in Florida vs. New York. We actually delayed our closing so we could have him.
