Default Prism TV installation

Recently had Prism installed. Initial install was very good. Tech left fiber optic line on the ground to be buried later. Guys came week later, buried cable and left. Not only did they break my neighbors Comcast line, but mine did not work either. Tech came again, laid new line above ground. After 3 weeks,I wrote to customer service. New guys came and buried the line again while I was out on an errand. TV was working fine.
Sunday was water the lawn day. Sprinkler line was broken during last install.
My suggestion is to watch every move they make before they leave.

Same thing happened to us. Centurylink told us they were not responsible as work was done by "contractor." Now trying to get someone from company out here to fix my irrigation system. So not right!!!!!

That's certainly not ethical, on Centurylink's part, and I doubt it has legal merit. Whether the damage was caused by Centurylink workers, or their contractors, it is their responsibility. I would push back on this issue and, if you don't get satisfaction, at least consult an attorney.
