Smile Moving to Buttonwood

We still can't believe we bought a house today. We are feeling more than a little nervous but I believe the mile long list of things to do before we move will keep us too busy to think. Hope to arrive in Buttonwood about September, maybe early October. We met so many nice people during our visit this past weekend, hope we can return the favor and help The Villages continue to be America's Friendliest Hometown.

So excited for you. The best is yet to come.

It's been 2 years since we bought our home and I still pinch myself (or ask my husband to pinch me).

Welcome home.

Don't be nervous. It is the smartest thing you've ever done, and don't rush the list, take it slow and don't get stressed.

We are looking forward to welcoming you HOME!

Buttonwood is Tommy Town. Short distance from Cane Garden. My house is surrounded by Red Fish, Bonita and Tarpon Boil golf courses.

Default Thank you to all who responded.

There are 3 of us and we are trying to act like grown ups till moving day arrives. But honestly, we just want to pull into the driveway and start enjoying everything TV's have to offer.

It's Brightspot's Spot, too! My house backs up to the Adult Pool and Postal Station. When you get ready to pick up your mail, just walk through our "opening" in the hedge and say hi! I just might be on the lanai typing away on my computer.

I also am buying house in Buttonwood, going to closing next week but won't be here full-time for a few years till wife retires. Have often visited and finally made the move.
