I came across it at BV/ Stillwater circle. It looked like a SUV jumped the curb and ended up on the circle. There were no ambulances just a few police cars. Everyone was standing. Hopefully everyone is OK.

Regardlessof your description of where the accident occured, i was there just a few minutes after the accident. It was a simple matter of someone shooting into the circle as if the street went straight ahead. Probably not paying attention or maybe a little too much to drink. I would doubt any actual damage was even done to the vehicle.
