Default Have meds changed because of active lifestyle?

Wondering if living in paradise has reduced need for some meds because of active lifestyle?....I lost some weight and BP is now GREAT!

Losing weight can do it. I went from 223 to 208 and my blood pressure dropped from 138/95 to 120/80. Those readings were both taken by physicians and I experience white coat fever sometimes. Most of my life I have hit the gym about 4 days per week and done both weights and cardio. Little has changed that way except that at age 72 I can not do what I did as a youngster of 60. I still do not have to take any meds whatsoever and pretty much eat whatever I want to eat although I tend to follow a healthy diet.
