Do you know the difference between "natural" vs. "organic" meat, "water-chilled" vs. "air-chilled" chickens, that searing does not seal in the juices......

I ALWAYS knew searing didn't seal in the juices and low and slow makes almost anything tender including your partner.

Oh dear. Maybe I shouldn't have said that.
