What is Community Standards? Is it a group, an office, or a thing? Anyway, I just spent two hours down at the RV Storage lot near Alhambra and saw no indication that something was amiss. I did notice, what I think are, updated cameras however. Maybe I just hadn't noticed them before. Community Watch was making its periodic rounds as usual.

I would think that you would be more likely to get information from Sumter PD (I think we'd be talking Sheriff's Office) than Community Watch. Community Watch watches and reports . Sheriff's Department chases, captures and charges. I still don't know how the Community Standards got involved.
