Smile Up With Optimism, Down With Negativity & Victimization

Concerning health: The first step is to become aware. Victimization can be broken down into 3 main parts: (Based on VPL's observations)

1) The victimization theory of genetics states, "When it comes to degenerative diseases, we are all innocent victims of our genes."

2) The victimization theory of food-science states, "How are we supposed to know what's good or bad when one study says one thing and another study says the opposite?"

3) The ultimate victimization theory of life itself states, "What's the point of trying to be healthy when we're all going to die of something eventually anyway?"

My advice: Think positive and don't be a victim.

I add:

4) Do not indict, prosecute, convict and sentence us--a free people--who do not eat righteously according your personal doctrines, deeming us unworthy of medical treatment/care paid by public and private insurance health risk-sharing pooled monies into which we all pay.

How many ways can one poster claim the moral high ground in an attempt to call attention to his "healthy" lifestyle and put other people down? Endlessly it seems!

Holy road apples! That poster just exudes broccoli from all his pores. His cabbage is too soft and celery stalks are all turning brown. His olives need to be pressed. But most of all he need a pork butt so it can be kicked down the road.

And now, to borrow an expression:

Boy Howdy. (Thank you Gracie)
