Does anybody know what caused the accident on CR 466 and Rolling Acres Road?

My guess is either a medical emergency or gross stupidity.

This one falls under 'Stupidity'. The morning Sun reports a car ran the redlight at Rolling Acres Rd and 466 and caused a 5 car accident.
