The shopping center to be constructed next to Rohan Regional Rec Center is called Oak Hammond Plaza. Publix has already signed a lease. Does anyone else have additional information about possible tenants?

I was hoping Winn Dixie or Fresh Market would have been the anchor tenant; just to balance out the Publix already at Colony and by Brownwood. A little competition never hurts!

I was under the impression they would have a Subway, a eye glass shop, a Chinese carryout, a liquor store, a Citizens Bank, a nails shop, a hearing aid store, a barber or hair salon, a dry cleaner or yogurt shop and for the professionals a dentist or an investment firm.
